We specialize in authentic Brass, Copper, and Kansa (Bronze) products. Each piece is handcrafted by traditional artisans using age-old techniques to ensure both beauty and Ayurvedic health benefits.
How do I maintain and clean my metal cookware?
We recommend using a mixture of lemon and salt or specialized cleaning powders like Pitambari to maintain the shine. Avoid using harsh chemical detergents or abrasive scrubbers that may scratch the surface.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, while international shipping may take 10-15 business days depending on the destination.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes, we offer a 7-day return policy for products that are received in damaged condition or if the wrong item was delivered. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Is it safe to cook acidic foods in Brass or Copper?
We provide tin-coating (Kalai) on our Brass cookware intended for cooking, making it perfectly safe for acidic foods. However, plain Copper should only be used for water storage and non-acidic items.
